FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: boiler has furnace 1 communicating with slag bath 4 by means of tap-hole 2 and slag hopper 3. Hopper 3, with its outlet end 5, is lowered under the water level in bath 4 with formation of waterlock 6. The boiler is provided with gas-tight-metal case 8 located in hopper 3 and with its lower end 12 lowered under the water level in bath 4 with formation of additional waterlock 13. Located in case 8 under tap-hole 2 is chamber 9, with nozzles provided with fuel atomizers 11 tangentially connected to it. The walls of chamber 9 are formed by a cooled tongued coil. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
