FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention related to heat-and-power industry, can be used on heat-and-power plants for slag-tap boilers kindling and operation. Burner device consists of a kindling burner, includes circulation tube with a muffle, located in a air chamber, in front of which entering end installed an annular nozzle for highly concentrated dust (HCD) supply, kindling masut nozzle, installed onside of the annular nozzle, and an air nozzle, tangentially connected to a dust supply annular nozzle, set up through the air chamber front wall inside the circulation tube, and burner fitting connected with its entering end from the other side of the air chamber, which exit end set up inside boiler burner device firebox breast, in a way that the circulation tube axis and burning nozzle located horizontally, also additional burner with coaxial highly concentrated dust (HCD) supply nozzles and air, which axis directed to boiler firebox burner chambers under pointed angle to the burner nozzle axis. The circulation tube and burner nozzle installed eccentrically to each other and lays in one vertical surface, with gap formation between circulation tube and burner nozzle in their upper part, through which into burner nozzle of the kindling burner set up exit end of the mentioned above additional burner, which axis lays at the same vertical plane, at that exit and enter ends accordingly, of the muffle and burner nozzle flush connected to each other at their bottom part, and the additional burner enter end set up inside air chamber through its front wall under the circulation tube.
EFFECT: lighting efficiency and economy increase, secure reliable slab-tab withdrawal from boiler firebox burner chamber.
