FIELD: electronic control systems, for example, for gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: regulator has the parameter setter 1 in the form of a variable resistor; the comparator 2 in the form of an operational amplifier; the actuator 3; the current mirror 4; the loading resistor 5; the output bus 6 being an output of the current mirror and the loading resistor and an input of the actuator; analog-to-digital converter 7; the code converter 8; the inverter 9; the follower 10; the reference voltage source 11. The voltage of the output bus 6 may be changed from a positive output voltage of the follower till a negative output voltage of the inverter. That provides functioning of the circuit as an "electronic rest" independently upon a value of an error voltage of the comparator.
