FIELD: reprocessing of the urban waste products. SUBSTANCE: process of condensation of materials considered as waste products contains the first stage of squeezing the waste products with condensing and separating of the first liquid phase, the second stage of supplying the squeezed materials to the self-condensing chamber in which the second squeezing of materials is exercised with the separation of the second liquid phase, heating the condensed materials and their cooling. The device for condensing materials considered as waste products has a pair of compressing rollers 4 disposed over the supplying device 5 with a double spiral which unloads the material into containers 9 which can slide along the line 10 of movement. A thickening press is at the beginning of the line. Line 10 of movement contains a heating tunnel, a cooling tunnel and a post for unloading the condensed members connected in series. The products obtained as a result of condensation are ecologically pure and can be used independently or with additions. The process is ecologically pure. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 14 cl, 10 dwg
