FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: core is manufactured from a wire dispersed hardened in the process of casting based on alloy composed of ferro chrome nickel steels. First alloy is treated thermomechanically and then a core is coated with anti-stick film composed of melted spheroidized magnesium, aluminum and titanium oxides and water absorbing glass ceramic. After that a core is subjected to vacuum heat treatment. Usage of this method results in enhanced serviceability of a core due to elimination of its embrittlement in the process of receiving cast. EFFECT: enhanced serviceability.
