FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transporter in the form of flexible tube and flexible rod placed in tube with clearance over diameter. Plug at rod end is tube end at the same time. Dilatator is formed by regular interweaving of two groups of wire spirals equal in diameter and length. Spirals are wound bifilarly and positioned between tube and rod in section adjacent to transporter end. Flexible rod diameter under dilatator is reduced by value of at least double transverse size of spiral wire. Superelastic titanium nickelide with memory of form is used as dilatator material. EFFECT: enhanced adaptation of dilatator to transverse sizes of hollow organ. 3 cl, 6 dwg
