FIELD: manufacture of pottery. SUBSTANCE: powder of high-temperature superconductor is mixed with moulding additive containing a 2-to-4-percent solution of ethyl cellulose in organic solvent so that the content of ethyl cellulose in organic solvent so that the content of ethyl cellulose in dry charge makes up 0.5 to 2.5% of the powder mass; the charge is subjected to drying, compaction and thermal treatment. EFFECT: pottery based on YBa3Cu3O7-d has a density of 5.6 to 6.2 g/qu.cm, temperature of transition to superconducting state within 92 to 93 K at a transition width of 2 to 4 K and critical current density within 400 to 550 A/sq.cm. 2 tbl
