where R C1-C4-alkyl, bicycloheptyl, 4-methylpiperidyl; R1 hydrogen or methyl; n 4-7, catalyst of alpha-olefins polymerization. The latter has reaction product of triethylaluminium and compound of the formula (I) α, titanium tetrachloride and electron-donating compound. Two latter substances were applied on the anhydrous magnesium dihalide at the molar ratio Al/Si (10:1)-(80:1); Mg/Ti 1844:1; Ti/electron-donating compound 1.44:1; Ti/Si 0.0153:1.
