The internal embankment is made from dams 6 combined in story-by-story way, so that dams of each following story of the built up are arranged over the ground washed up into hydraulic-mine dump along the upper slope of dams of the preceding story. The washed-up hydraulic structure has also spillway structures 2, hydraulic-mine dump 3 made of soil washed in beyond the map 1 of hydraulic deposition of soil with sedimentation pond 4 and draining devices 5.
