FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: rocks are filled into dump by tiers. First, they are filled on retaining prism of inclined base up to horizon at which angle of inclined sliding surface equals angle of internal friction angle of rocks of said base over line of sliding, then, on active pressure prism. In so doing, formed on dump tier filled on retaining prism is working platform at horizontal distance from dump base determined by equation. Filling rocks on active pressure prism is started by extending tier working platform on retaining prism, at least, up to base boundary. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
