Shells 13 placed between pairs of screens 3 separate working mechanism space from discharge space of housing 1. Cross partitions 14 are installed between mincing members 4. Cross partitions are rigidly coupled with shells 13 which have holes to let raw material pass and divide discharge space of housing 1 into chambers 17, 18 and 19 provided with holes 20 and 21 to let out separated fractions.
