FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: mill for processing diamond-containing material has working chamber, rotor supported by vertical shaft, charging and discharge arrangements. The rotor has the form of hollow cone with water-feeding and vapor-feeding pipes, and lining ribs positioned at its circumference along generating surfaces. Recesses in spaces between the ribs have through passages inclined to base of the cone. Discharge arrangement is fashioned as drive plate defining with lower end of working chamber an annular clearance closed by shell with toothed lower end. Working chamber is provided with annular perforated manifold having hydraulic or magnetostriction arrangement. Working chamber has means for generating ultrasonic vibrations. Charging arrangement has the form of a worm located axially over the rotor and rigidly connected thereto. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method and mill. 2 cl, 2 dwg
