FIELD: materials handling transportation of corrosive materials. SUBSTANCE: container has housing, sealing member made in form of flexible envelope and polyethylene film placed over inner surface of housing, and protective insert made of foamed plastic and placed on sealing member from inner side of container. Thickness of insert is calculated by equation δ=KTn, where K coefficient of thickness loss of insert material depending on grade of wastes, cm/year; T time of storage, years; n - turnover of container, number. Container is convenient for use as sealing member is protected from damage when charging and discharging industrial wastes of different shape and type. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 dwg
