SUBSTANCE: housing of container in upper and lower parts is made detachable, its flexible envelope is reinforced, is made longer than housing, is flanged at both ends through 360 degrees and is clamped from top and bottom by shaped ring sealing members fixed by shaped ring rods. Cover and base are secured through polyethylene gaskets with interference. Two double-groove trunnions for loading and unloading container are secured above container gravity center. EFFECT: provision of integrity of hermetically sealing member when loading container with toxic wastes of different shape and type, possibility of quick replacement of damaged members of container. 2 dwg
