The agitating device, being a bubbler for feeding heating gas and at the same time an apparatus for locking the cartridges, is in the form of vertical pipes with jets, mounted with a variable inclination angle α in limits 0-15 degrees and with a variable pitch along its height. The separating zone of the reactor has a diameter, increased by 1.5-2 times in comparison with a diameter the reaction zone, and it is provided by a heated baffling device for intensified procession of any kinds of worn and rejected tires.
