FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: chromated semi-finished product is tanned additionally with chrome tanning agent, neutralized in the bath after additional tanning, stained in the presence of ammonium aqueous solution at concentration 1-2% of shaved leather mass, tanned additionally with resin-base synthetic tanning agent at its consumption 2-3% of shaved leather mass for 30-40 min, tanned additionally with organic tanning agents. Then water-proofing greasing and treatment with organic acid were carried out following by repeated additional tanning with chrome tanning agent and drying. Then twofold stretching, breaking in drum were carried out following by application of covering dye layer and fixing.
