SUBSTANCE: depilated hide flesh side of hide is pickled with sulfuric acid, sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate at their consumption, 0.2-0.3; 1.5-2.5 and 3.5-4.5 of hide mass, respectively. Then process involves tanning, shaving, additional tanning with chrome tanning agent and then with synthetic tanning agent at consumption 4-5% of shaven leather mass (as tanning) following by neutralization, staining, greasing, drying, stretching, polishing and pressing.
