FIELD: medicine, namely, photodynamic diagnostics of cancer and its treatment. SUBSTANCE: complex have common formula [LuR4Pc(OAC)•n]•nL wherein R is 15-crawn-5, Z is phenantroline or 1.8-diazobicyclo-(5,4,0) undec-7-en n= 0,2. Complex are preferred by interaction of tetrahydrate of luthecium acetate, tetra-15-crawn-5-phalocyaline with phenantroline or with 1,8-diazobicyclo-(5,4,0) undec-7-en at 180-200 C in boiling solvent. Proposed complexes are easily soluble in water, their solubility in water 1.7 o 10-7 mol/l and 1.2 o 10-7 mol/l respectively. Proposed compound do not form aggregates in solutions. Complex have high absorption and high luminescence in red region of spectra, namely, at 680-700 nm. EFFECT: improved quality of product; improved efficiency of the method. 2 cl
