FIELD: technology of production of monocrystals of superconducting compounds for superconductor electronic units. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in mixing superconducting charge of definite phase composition which was synthesized preliminarily and gas-forming additive for forming for vapor-and-gas cavity in solution-melt, Then, mixture of material of preset phase composition in the amount of no less than 20 wt-%, gas forming additive in the amount of no less than 20 wt-% and flux is loaded in growth crucible and heated to 800-875 C and is kept at this temperature for several hours; monocrystals are grown in cavity at vertical gradient is solution-melt of 1 to 3 C/cm and temperature of 795 to 860 C, after which cooling is effected at two stages. As a result, pure-mirror-polished unalloyed monocrystals at linear sizes up to 5 mm are obtained; these monocrystals posses superconductivity. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl
