FIELD: communication technique. SUBSTANCE: in order to enhance efficiency of comparison results of remote time dials method comprises before starting a cycle of transmitting time dials steps of measuring values of time delays in a transmitting and receiving equipment of first A and second B stations; determining difference of the time delay values in the transmitting and receiving equipment of the first and the second stations; at initial time moment with use of the timepiece of the first station according to a code series forming a noise super-high frequency signal with frequency fs= fconverted and registering that signal in the same station; delaying the formed signal by the difference value of the delay in the transmitting and the receiving equipment of the first station A and converting the delayed signal to frequency f = fconverted; amplifying the converted signal by power; irradiating the amplified signal in direction to a man-made Earth satellite, being a retransmitter; receiving by a satellite-borne apparatus the signal with frequency f1, reirradiating it to the station B with frequency f2 and keeping phase relations over a time interval ts; receiving the retransmitted signal in the station B.
