The device which carries out the disclosed clock synchronisation method includes a frequency and time standard 1, first 2.1 and second 2.2 heterodynes, a pseudorandom signal generator 3, a switch 4, first 5 and second 13 mixers, a first intermediate frequency amplifier 6, first 7 and second 12 power amplifiers, a duplexer 8, a transceiving antenna 9, first 10, second 15, third 32, fourth 33 and fifth 34 clippers, first 11, second 16, third 35, fourth 36 and fifth 37 buffer storage devices, a second intermediate frequency amplifier 14, first 17, second 38, third 39 and fourth 40 devices for measuring delay and derivatives thereof measuring, a first summation frequency amplifier 18, a second summation frequency amplifier 19, first 20, second 21, third 28 and fourth 29 amplitude detectors, first 22, second 23, third 30 and fourth 31 switches.
EFFECT: wider operating frequency range without expanding the frequency tuning range of the second heterodyne and simultaneous duplex radio communication with multiple ground-based stations using additional receiving channels.
