FIELD: medical engineering; operative dentistry. SUBSTANCE: device has handle 1 with light guide 2 inside, connected with one end to light source of different wave lengths and light guide 4 connected with one end to ocular 5 for visual control over the medical intervention. The other ends of light guides are attached to working head 6 made of optically transparent material. The working head is rotatable and enables ultrasonic source unit 7 to be attached. Fastening member 8 for endodental instrument 9 to be inserted is mounted on end face surface of the working head. There is an open space around instrument 9 for light flow to pass through.
