FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry. Access to the mouths of the root canals of the teeth using the VDW Ultra ultrasound machine is created. Cavi 1, Cavi 2, Cavi 3 nozzles are consistently used with the use of an antiseptic 3% solution of sodium hypochlorite repeatedly during the exposure of 60 seconds. The root canals of the teeth are initially treated with the C-pilot tool number 06, 08, 10 with an EDTA-based lubricant. The working length of the root canals is measured by the Raypex 6 device and the C-pilot file. A carpet is created with the R-pilot tool in a reciprocal technique under the control of an apex locator built into the VDW GOLD endomotor. The root canals are expanded with the tools Reciproc 25-08, 40-06, 50-05. Ultrasonic irrigation of 3% sodium hypochlorite solution is carried out after each passage of the tooth root canal by the instrument and final irrigation with 17% EDTA solution. The Doctor Smile Wiser diode laser is used after finishing antiseptic treatment with 3% sodium hypochlorite solution 3 times for 5 seconds. At the same time, the introduction of 2Seal sealer into the root canals of teeth is carried out with a tool for applying sealer based on epoxy-amine resins, as shown in dwg 5. The size of the tool for applying sealer to the root canal should correspond to the tool with which the doctor finished the root canal treatment, then the plastic rod of the tool for applying sealer is placed in the prepared sealer. The tool is held by the handle and several rolling movements are made so that the sealer covers 2/3 of the surface of the tool with a thin layer, and then a sliding penetration of the tool into the root canal is carried out and directed towards the tip of the root of the tooth in the reciprocating and rotational technique, without bringing it to a working length of 1-2 mm for 10 seconds, after which the root canals of the teeth are sealed with a Beefill 2 in 1 device using alpha-gutta-percha pins.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to effectively treat complicated caries, prevent inflammatory processes in the endoperiodontal zone.
