SUBSTANCE: system (ALMS) is designed to fit tight to a segment of a patient's body comprising an examined tissue, and to screen off the examined tissue from the entire ambient light essentially. The system contains essentially a lightproof vestibular device containing at least one barrier sized and configured so that to make it possible to form a vestibule to cover at least a segment of the body and to allow at least one hand of the user or an instrument manipulated by the user manipulates to contact the examined segment of the body inside the vestibule.
