FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has water reservoir 1 being a fluted cylinder made of flexible material with a lifting and lowering system stretching and shrinking the fluted bellows. To locate patient body, device has a holder made in the form of bodice 10 kinematically bound with loading system and belt 18 fastening the patient body on the bottom of the reservoir. The loading system is made in the form of cords connected with one end to the bodice and brought through the system of blocks suspended from the ceiling and attached to the load with the other end. The load is a water tank calibrated in force units. EFFECT: controlled loading before and after stretching; improved sanitary and hygienic conditions and medical care in the course of treatment 2 dwg
