FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for fixing shoulder girdle mounted on frame as two axillary supports on horizontal guiding members. Head holder is placed on vertical guiding members fixed on the frame, provided with counterweight and composed of two parts: occipital one and mental one. Sectors are engaged with adjustment screw set on the base. The mental part is mounted on two horizontal guiding members attached to the occipital part. Arch-shaped mental rest ends are hingedly fixed on the mental part and the middle portion is engageable with the adjustment screw. Loading mechanism is fixed on the frame and is a kind of self-checking winch with dynamometer. Rope-and-pulley block system has two ropes linked through balanced pulley block. One of them is attached to the self-checking winch and the other one passes through cantilevers with rollers mounted on the frame, both of them are attached to the pelvic girdle. U-shaped overlay member of the occipital part, overlay members of the mental rest and axillary supports are made from a flexible material that is waterproof and resistant to disinfecting agents influence. Rest surface of the axillary supports is circular arc turned with its concave portion down. Hydromassage unit is mounted in the middle of guiding members of fixing unit of the shoulder girdle. The hydromassage unit is central tube having paired closed branch pipes arranged in perpendicular relation to the central tube, all belonging to the same plane. Pelvic girdle is provided with floats.
