FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has controlled pulse generator, magnetic field source, inductance coil with amplifier and voltage regulator connected in series and integrated into its circuit. All device parts are integrated within one casing. Coil leads are connected to electrodes or brought out to plug and socket units to be connected to additional electrodes, one of the electrodes being on the working surface of the casing and the other one being on its handle. The electrodes are applied to a pathologic area. Magnetic induction pulse amplitude is not less than 0.2 Tesla units on the working surface. It is not less than 0.05 Tesla unit at 24 mm distance. Duration of voltage pulse is not less than 0.2 ms on the electrodes. Voltage amplitude between receiving coil electrodes has values from 0 to 200 V. EFFECT: reliable control of pulse intensity and duration within the physiologically permissible ranges. 2 cl, 1 dwg
