FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: catalyst is partially fluorinated amorphous chrome oxide lowest with special surface of no less than 170 m2/g. Catalyst is produced by chrome hydroxide settling from water solution of chrome nitrate by ammonia water solution. Sediment is dried. Then it is pressed in granules and sintered. Produced amorphous chrome oxide is fluorinated by hydrogen fluorite till fluoride mas is at least 8. Reactant 1: lowest aliphatic haloidhydrocarbon. It is preferable to use trichlorinethylene or 1.1 trifluorinechlorinethane. Reactant 2: HF. Conditions of reaction: under temperature of 290 380 C.
