FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fin 1, shank 2 with external thread 3, inner metal sleeve 4 with taper section and reinforcing members 5. Metal sleeve has taper outer surface 9 with inner thread shoulder 7 and outer flange 8; outer taper surface of sleeve and flange are engageable with composite split cone 6 through several layers of glass fabric 10 having angle at vertex of cone equal to or exceeding spiral angle of working profile of thread 3 of shank by 2 to 8 deg. Layers of glass fabric having reinforcement along axis of shank 2 are engageable alternating with segment along axis of shank 2 are reinforcement at even displacement of butts shifted lengthwise towards fin of blade; layers of envelope 11 located on sections of shank which are not reinforced are engageable with alternating single-row layers located transversely and made of glass braids 12 and with first turn of external thread 3 (from fin of blade); shank having external thread is engageable with sleeve through polymer antifretting coating. EFFECT: high strength of shank and reduced mass through using the sleeve of varying stiffness. 2 cl, 8 dwg
