FIELD: manufacturing of propeller blade from composite material. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating protective strip 2 of shank 3 of propeller blade 4 with high-temperature binder; cutting into workpieces; collecting into flat package containing H workpieces; insulating one workpiece from the other by means of antiadhesion gaskets; locating package under press; compacting with precision H times smaller than precision in the process of manufacturing of each workpiece; providing polymerization; cutting package in conformance with outline of preformed and polymerized shank 3 and stylus 8 of blade 4 at lower temperature; separating strips one from the other; glueing protective strip 2 of shank 3 of blade 4 and tightening-up by strip mandrel.
