FIELD: parachute technique. SUBSTANCE: glinding-type parachute has lines, thimbles and canopy; parachute is provided with additional gore secured on lines and thimbles by means of connecting links running through these rings. Change in length of connecting links causes change in angle of attack and midsection area of additional gore, thus extending ranges of change of aerodynamic property and coefficient of total aerodynamic force. EFFECT: enhanced aerodynamic characteristics of gliding-type single-envelope or double-envelope parachute. 1 dwg
