FIELD: sanitary equipment. SUBSTANCE: combination water and air heater has detachable casing with housing 1 located in it. Partition 2 divides housing 1 into two compartments which are brought in communication in upper portion. Heater is provided with cold water supply system and hot water discharge system. Mounted in lower portion of housing 1 are three pipe unions: two pipe unions 6 and 10 mounted on inner surface of housing 1 are provided with detachable joints 7 and 11 for fitting detachable tubes 8; third pipe union 4 is connected to cold water supply system. Mounted in upper portion of housing 1 are two pipe unions: pipe union 17 provided with detachable joint is used for connecting the heating system pipe line and pipe union 19 is provided with shut-off adjusting fitting 20 and branch pipe for connecting the pipe line of hot-water supply system. Mounted on lower external surface of housing 1 is mixer 12 with swivel spout 13 provided with detachable plug 14 and connected to at least one of above-mentioned pipe unions in lower portion of housing 1 whose outer surface is provided over perimeter with devices for securing detachable heat insulation 21 or fins 22 made in form of clamps located on vertical outer surface of housing 1 above parting plane of casing.
