FIELD: heaters. SUBSTANCE: water heater has casing 1 housed into dismountable shell with a door, electrical heater 3, control desk for electrical equipment, partition 2 and mixer 12. Mixer 12 is articulated with casing 1 bottom so as the bottom being caused to move out outside of the shell. Partition 2 is set up in the casing and divides it into two containers communicated with each other at their upper parts. One container is connected to inlet tube 4 and has electrical heater 3 disposed in it. The other container is connected to outlet tube 5. The door is hinged at the shell lower part. Control desk for the electric equipment is positioned on the inner side of the door. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heating. 3 dwg
