FIELD: evaporation of liquids. SUBSTANCE: plant has evaporating reservoir 1 with a roof and circulating loops for coolant and air. The evaporating reservoir is constructed as a cylinder with the conic bottom and provided with a controller of the level of liquid to be evaporated, ejecting unit 4 mounted at the top of the bottom cone, and bubbling system 5 mounted inside the reservoir. Compressor 9, condenser 10, throttle valve 11, and evaporator 12 are connected in the circulation loop of coolant in series. Air circulating loop is provided with fan 13, second space of condenser 10, evaporation reservoir 1 coupled through bubbling system 5, and second space of evaporator 12 connected in series.
