FIELD: food, canning, vegetable drying industries; production of raw-smoked sausages and jelly-like pectine-containing products. SUBSTANCE: installation has compression refrigerating machine with evaporator 6, 7 and condenser 2, 3 , drying agent closed circulation circuit with drying chamber 9, 10 installed between condenser and evaporator and material cooler 8 placed between evaporator 6, 7 and condenser 2, 3. Evaporator, condenser and drying chamber are made of at least two sections connected in parallel with cooling agent line and drying agent line, respectively. Taps 15 and 16 to inlets of evaporator and condenser 2 are made after one section of drying chamber. Branch pipe 20 to deliver atmospheric air into circuit is connected to inlet of other section 6 of evaporator. Branch pipe 21 to let drying agent out of circuit is connected to outlet of other section of drying chamber. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 dwg
