FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool of soil slitter comprises a shank and two curvilinear cutting edges on its front. The lower part of the shank is equipped with a chisel. The point of contact of cutting edges on the front surface has a frontal portion. The chisel is made in the form of a part of a concave curvilinear trapezium with the cutting edge sharpened at 25 deg, said sharpening being made on the wide base of the trapezium. The side of the frontal part at the point of contact of curvilinear blades is spray-coated with a wear-resistant material. One of the sides of curvilinear blades is also spray-coated with wear-resistant material. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 7 dwg
