SOIL LOOSENING TOOL Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, chisel tillage. SUBSTANCE: working tool has post with bar point on lower cut and soil looseners secured on side faces of post higher than bar point. Soil looseners are made in form of rings whose axes are oriented parallel to side faces of post. Post consists of two sides of equal thickness. Rings are formed by parts of sides. Rings are arranged on side faces of post between blades on front part and its rear cut. Loosener rings are mated by parts of noncut sides and are located on post in mirror-like manner relative to each other. Blades with cutting edges are found on front parts of rings. Cutting blade sharpening angles are equal to 18- 21 degrees. Cutting edges of rings are oriented to spiral lines with left- hand and right-hand of helix.
