FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pressure charging system, abdominal, pelvic and two pedal sections made in the form of pressure balloons and supporting member for the upper part of the torso. The pedal sections are provided with distraction mechanism being a triangular frame which longer sides are rods. Each rod is connected with the inguinal rest with their being optionally fixable or removable at one end and with a cross-bar and by means of traction unit also with a foot support at the other end. The rest is rigidly connected with the pelvic section made in the form of single balloon. Each traction unit is telescopically connected with a rod and has a fixing member and a dynamometer.
