FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Apparatus contains frame, first section, which is intended for upper part of body - head and shoulder part, second section, which is intended for lower part of body - loin, pelvis and legs, drive of regulated oscillatory movement in antiphase of first and second sections, compression-distraction device and device for axial dosed pelvis traction. Frame has coaxial longitudinally installed first and second axes, which are installed with interval. In interval there can be located detachable elastic insert with longitudinal sides, fixed on adjacent edges of said sections. First section has elements of fixation of area of shoulder joints. Second section has elements of fixation of area of hip joints and upper third of hips. Said elements of fixation have possibility of translational movement relative to corresponding said sections. Device for axial dosed pelvis traction is installed on second section. Compression-distraction device is made in form of bars, located in said interval, ends of bars being installed on adjacent edges of said sections by means of ball joints to provide reciprocating movements of second section on frame axis. Said drive of regulated oscillatory movement in anti-phase of first and second sections has engine with variator or reducing reductor with button of switching on-switching off, installed on frame, crankshaft with one drive end for connection with variator or reducing reducter, and the other - installation, for placement on frame with possibility of rotation, first and second pushers, respectively, first section and second section, first and second mechanism, intended for regulation of travel amplitude, respectively, of first and second pushers. Each of said mechanisms is made in form of guide, slider and drivescrew with handle. Guides are located across on adjacent edges, respectively, on first and second sections. Sliders are installed on guides. Drivescrews are installed in sliders, handles are installed outside longitudinal edges of respective sections. Each pusher has installation end and regulation end, the latter is hingedly connected with respective slider. Crankshaft is made with one crank or two differently directed cranks. Regulated power drive for rods is made in form of tubular case with longitudinal slot and threaded rod installed in tubular case on thread by means of spring, scale being made along slot, and indicator is installed on spring. Tubular case is fixed on free transverse side of second section.
EFFECT: possibility to train joints and tendon-ligament apparatus of spine, improve feeding of intervertebral discs due to twisting and compression of spinal column.
