SUBSTANCE: device comprises stationary base, drive shaft mounted on supports and capable of interacting with the no-load side of the conveyor belt via a working revolving member, and a stop installed in a spaced relation under the no-load side of belt ad capable of interacting with the belt. The stop is grate-shaped and is mounted on a stationary base while the working revolving member is made in the form of levers with a rigidly secured support cam and is installed on the drive shaft whose cam can interact with the mating cam of the levers for lifting the latter to the working position.
