FIELD: molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: shaped sublayer of compound absorbing laser irradiation is applied on coarse base. Configuration of said sublayer correlated completely with topology of manufactured matrix. Continuous layer of gel is then applied on intermediate shaped sublayer, gel and material of said sublayer are both transparent for laser irradiation. Gel layer is affected by irradiation with the help of laser. Exposition is chosen so that it provides simultaneous evaporation of gel in places being displaced above sublayer of compound absorbing irradiation and said compound. Definite oligonucleotide of chosen group is then fixed by one on thus treated areas of gel. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 3 cl, 3 dwg
