SUBSTANCE: device has nozzle 1 constructed as a pipe with thread 2 made on the outer side and shaped opening 3 and needle 4 made up as a rod mounted in pipe 1 coaxially to opening 3. One of the ends of needle 4 has thread 5 engaging the inner thread of pipe 1. The other end has conical surface 6 with spiral-like passageways. The surface interacts with opening 3. The inlet openings of air passageways 7 are made in side wall of pipe 1 above thread 2 and opening 3. Needle 4 is fixed with respect to pipe 1 by way of lock nut 9.
