FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes filament lamp, first, second, third and fourth diodes forming bridge rectifier, first capacitor which is connected with one lead to unlike leads of first and second diodes and to one lead of filament lamp and with other lead to cathodes of first and third diodes, second capacitor connected with one lead to unlike leads of third and fourth diodes and with other lead to anodes of second and fourth diodes, luminescent lamp. Posistor is placed between common point of connection of filament lamp, first capacitor, first and second diodes and common point of connection of second capacitor, third and fourth diodes to diminish starting current of luminescent lamp. Voltage of supply network is fed to free end of filament lamp and common point of connection of posistor, second capacitor, third and fourth diodes. Fixed resistor can be connected to leads of luminescent lamp for fast discharge of capacitors when network voltage is turned off. EFFECT: expanded application field. 1 dwg
