FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: food-stuff roaster uses a heat-insulated pot, on whose end walls a drum in mounted for rotation, a hollow shaft with an auger inside it located along the drum center line, a housing a charging tray and vent pipe, a heating element, temperature-sensitive elements, an oil tank and drum drive; the drum is furnished with perforated disks attached to its end faces; the shaft external surface between the disks is a spiral with a square hole made lengthwise the spiral; a conveyer belt is installed between the disks, the inner end of the belt is secured to the spiral end through a supporting plate forming a turn, the rest part of the belt is rolled up into a spiral formed by the turn, and the external end of the belt is secured through a locking clamp near the charging opening flush with the external surface of the perforated disks; both disks are interconnected around the edges by means of a cylindrical plate, in which a square opening is made for charging the food-stuff.
