FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in an inclined rotating cylindrical case there installed is a hollow conical insert with a wound voluminous spiral to form a pneumatic tube with horizontal sectioning of materials without counter-pressure with the tube being divided into an external spiral channel with loose seals and an internal spiral channel with necks of the processed material, with the help of a holed spiral head. The apparatus comprises also a stationary exhaust pipe with a built-in inclined tube of elliptic cross-section for the location of a loading pipe, and the blades of a receiving screw head are of alternating length. The apparatus is operated under rarefaction, the packing is made by a cooled coil pipe from heat conducting and elastic material.
EFFECT: apparatus combines high temperature and low temperature zones of materials' heat treatment at counterflow of heat carriers, heat transmission process is intensified with the help of high-speed swirl pneumatic flow, dimensions and materials consumption of the used equipment are reduced.
