FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: housing of water-jet propeller is structurally separated from circular bottom plate made for turning through 360 deg in both directions. Cover is splittably connected with housing and water scoop is made in form of streamlined collar projecting inside housing; water scoop is secured over perimeter with lower cylindrical portion of housing of guiding device; used as upper part of this device is cover provided with stiffeners on its outside. Water scoop is provided with radial fins supporting the lower end of camshaft mounted along longitudinal axis of propeller housing and connected with servomotor beyond the cover. Mounted coaxially relative to camshaft is hollow shaft of power drive of impeller connected with drive engine by means of gear train. Shaft of power drive and camshaft are mounted coaxially in pipe which is connected with cover by means of flange which partially closes concentric hole in cover between pipe and inner edge o cover and is rigidly connected with dome-shaped housing.
