FIELD: cosmetics and medicine. SUBSTANCE: outlet 23 of first nozzle 11 is located before inlet 33 of second nozzle 12 for mixing the medium and compressed air before inlet 33 of second nozzle 12. Air chamber brought in communication with air supply is located in close proximity of nozzle orifice 21. Device may be provided with swirling fixture 26 located before first nozzle 11. Swirling fixture 26 and air chamber 24 have common axis coinciding with axis of nozzle orifice. First nozzle 11 may be made in form of passage 25 at angle relative to common axis of swirling fixture 26 and air chamber 24. Flows of medium and compressed gas are fed to nozzle unit 8 via individual lines. They are combined only in zone of nozzles 11 and 12, in air chamber in particular, after medium has been subjected to preliminary spraying in vortex chamber. Immediately after jointing particles of medium are subjected to finer atomization just upon escape from outlet of exhaust nozzle orifice 21 and jet becomes longer; jet may be exhausted in form of narrow bundle.
