SUBSTANCE: composition involves, wt. -% a mixture of butadienestyrene latex modified with resorcinol-formaldehyde oligomer БСМ-65 and acrylic one "A" at the mass ratio 1:3.5 38.0-40.5, respectively; aqueous paste on the basis of technical carbon 1.5-5.0; hydroxyethylated monoalkylphenol on the basis of propylene trimer "Neonol АФ 9-10", glycerol 0.4-0.6 and water the rest.
