SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drawing artistic and graphic means, in particular to compositions designed for drawing works, applying inscriptions and pictures onto paper and synthetic information carriers and also on domestic and foreign diazo materials used for copying in topographic-geodesic and cartographic industries. Invention provides novel water-based formulation for applying image on cellulose-containing and synthetic substrates containing, wt %: pigment 5.5-16.8, water-dilutable binding agent 10,0-18.6, glycerol 0.5-1.8, carbonic acid diamide 0.3-2,0, and additionally stabilizer 0.1-1.0 and hydrogen peroxide 0.05-0.1.
