FIELD: semigaseous cells. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of highly active hydrogen electrode of chemical source of electric energy involves manufacture of porous metal-and-ceramic, formation of relief cellular structure on its surface by method of photochemical milling, preparation of suspension of active mass by dispersion of catalyst, fluoroplastic in the amount of 15-20% of mass of catalyst and additives, injection of active mass into cells of relief grid by filtering through nickel base with density of application of catalyst 0,5-2mg/cm2, sintering of electrode at temperature 360-390 C for the course of 2020 ± 22 min and application of thin film of fluoroplastic. EFFECT: enhanced activity and prolonged service life hydrogen electrode. 3 cl
